Was comfortable living and housing managers really cared for tenants

I loved living here. What I liked most about the Ironwood Units is that it’s so spacious, more windows to look outside and when there’s an issue the Ironwood Staff really looks into it and find solutions to resolve it. Same goes for the Ironwood Community. I already miss living here. One of these days I’ll be back and hopefully I’ll still qualify like the first time ☺️

Neighbor respect and keeping it clean around not able to use the backyard on because insect rat and tress over growing towards apartment tenants don’t know who throws food down to the first floor that’s why we have this rats running around. To whom like to request a on the spot award to ms Judy for hard working landlord she deserves it

Just really loved being here the unit space compound neighborhood and Managemnet is just amazing. Respect and fun for our kids here also what really makes me think that they are so cool. Speaking of ironwood manor

Everytime i have problem especially in on line payment i go to your office to ask help the staffs are so fast, patience, friendly to help me right away .. .im so glad they dont get tired of me always asking help. They help me with smile too so thank you so much.

My children are constantly talking highly about how great the staff are, making them love to go to the center after school all the time.

Overall, I never had any problems. Always great in helping when we need something

I'm appreciate we staying safe in our unit ..just follow up for one of my shutters not yet fix ..and one of my trash pin still missing since the typhoon..they said I will go to the office and apply again to pay ..but I knw my rent it's including the trashcan..my unit 114

Please consider assigning each units with their own parking stalls. Some tenants have more than one vehicle. It makes parking difficult at times, especially for those with bigger vehicles. Thank you

Ironwood is a good place to stay, nice and quiet place. Staffs are nice and helpful maintenance are on top of everything that needed to be fixed. Thank you for letting me stay this long, my kids and I love it here.

I enjoy staying at Ironwood. My property manager is very helpful, assures everything is up to par, and occasionally devoted her time to clean around our buildings. Overall, excellent management at our MTM location.
